By using the 906.sh website, services, or communications programs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. What We Provide

906.sh provides technology services for individuals and small businesses, including:

• Self-hosting setup and management.
• Website and application development.
• Network security, privacy, and infrastructure consulting.
• Customer care, account notifications, two-factor authentication, and related communications.
• Community technology projects.

2. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when engaging our services.
• Do not use our services for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Keep your credentials and access secure.
• Respect the rights, privacy, and security of others.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

906.sh may offer text messaging programs for two-factor authentication, account notifications, customer care, and marketing communications. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from 906.sh at the mobile number you provide.

• Program name: 906.sh messaging.
• Message types: two-factor authentication codes, account notifications, customer care updates, service/project updates, and marketing or promotional messages where you have opted in.
• Opt-in: you may opt in through a 906.sh website form, customer intake form, written or paper form, verbal request during customer care, or by initiating an inbound text conversation where supported.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your relationship with us, your requests, and the messaging program you join.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to cancel. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message and then no further messages from that program unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP for help or contact us at evan@906.sh.
• Consent: consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Delivery: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. SMS Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

5. Intellectual Property

The 906.sh name, branding, and original content are our property. Work we create for you belongs to you unless otherwise agreed. Open-source projects are governed by their respective licenses.

6. Related Services

906.sh operates alongside other projects including NorthernWISP and DeltaCounty.Services. Each may have its own terms. Use of tokens, wallets, or the NorthernWISP platform is governed by NorthernWISP's terms of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, 906.sh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may end the service relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, nonpayment, legal risk, security risk, or violation of these terms. We'll make reasonable efforts to give notice and help you migrate data where appropriate.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
